Brigid Walsh
Brigid Walsh founded 100 Miles North in late 2023 to address climate issues though ecological design. She is certified in Sustainable Design from The Pratt Institute and in Permaculture Design from The Center for BioRegional Living. After nearly ten years as an Executive at Vogue magazine, Brigid segued into Environmental Design while working on several personal and governmental land use projects in upstate New York. With an instinctual passion for problem-solving, Brigid is working as a “solutionary” to use revolutionary and solution-oriented techniques to tackle each project, whether on a household-scale or a global-scale.
Brigid has nurtured a deep commitment to community and the arts. She serves as Chair of the Saugerties Town Ethics Committee, Co-Chair of the Board of Opus 40 Sculpture Park & Museum, on the Board of Directors of Permaculture Living Lands Trust, on the Board of the Ulster County Ethic Committee, and formerly as Chair of the Saugerties Area Chamber of Commerce.

Andrew Faust
Andrew Faust of the Center for BioRegional Living is a leading expert of permaculture and bioregionalism in North America. A world-renowned educator, Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in ecological education and brings his expertise in land analysis, water systems, energy efficiencies, zone-based site plans, to his work in developing market gardens, food forests, orchards, and biodynamic agriculture. He believes that permaculture can play a crucial role in addressing issues such as climate change, food insecurity, and social inequality by promoting sustainable regenerative practices.

Flynne Wiley
Flynne Wiley is certified in Permaculture Design from the Center for BioRegional Living. She has over 20 years of corporate leadership experience with a focus on strategic marketing and planning, partnership development, and organizing operations for success. Passionate about food and building circular economies, she is a champion of food recovery, upcycling, and environmental protection and restoration. She is dedicated to building collaborations between organizations and corporate partners to achieve win-win-win solutions in profitability, climate change mitigation, and reducing food insecurity.

Kimberly Wesson
Kimberly Wesson is an interdisciplinary leader and creative director. She has led teams and initiatives across clothing design, interior design, visual content and brand development, sales growth and experiential. Known for her subversive lens & unwavering authenticity, she has the ability to work with teams both large and small to develop and execute strategies that foster growth and stand the test of time.

David Harper
With 30+ years of experience in land conservation and farmland preservation in rural and urbanizing regions, David Harper has raised more than $8 million for conservation planning, land and easement acquisition, sustainable agriculture and local food system development, and ecological restoration projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern US. He has worked with landowners and land trusts to preserve more than 8,000 acres of farmland, natural areas and historic sites. He is co-chair of the Rural Resource Coalition of South Carolina, which works to promote rural economies favoring healthy land and communities. He is founder of Land In Common, a conservation consulting practice assisting landowners and community organizations with developing and implementing land legacy projects. David is co-founder of Permaculture Living Lands Trust, created to hold land in trust as places for humans to live into our inherent ecological wisdom.
